Terms & Conditions

Version 1.1 — Effective 1 April 2025 — Supersedes all prior versions

Acceptance record: By creating an account, you explicitly accept these Terms (v1.1, effective 1 April 2025) and our Privacy Policy. Your acceptance — including the version accepted and the timestamp — is recorded in our database. If the Terms are updated, you will be prompted to accept the new version before continuing to use the service. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using JustFit.cc ("the Service") you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and JustFit.cc.

2. Service Description

JustFit provides a rule-based fitness planning tool for general wellness purposes only. It is not a medical service, personal training service, rehabilitation service, or healthcare provider. The workout plans generated by JustFit are based on general fitness principles and the data you provide; they do not constitute professional advice tailored to your individual medical condition.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use JustFit. By registering you confirm you meet this requirement. JustFit is not directed at children under 16 and does not knowingly collect their data. If you become aware that a child under 16 has created an account, contact support@justfit.cc.

If you are using JustFit's pregnancy or postnatal features, you confirm you have read the in-app disclaimer and obtained appropriate medical clearance.

6. Health and Safety

JustFit is a general wellness tool. You are solely responsible for your health and safety when following any workout plan. Before beginning any exercise programme — especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, postnatal, have had recent surgery, or are on medication — consult a qualified health professional.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, code, design, and branding of JustFit.cc is the intellectual property of JustFit.cc. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission. Your personal fitness data remains yours — see Section 8 and our Privacy Policy.

8. Your Data

Your personal data and workout history belong to you. You can export, correct, or delete it at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full details, including your GDPR rights and how to exercise them.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. JustFit.cc does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JustFit.cc and its founders, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service — including but not limited to personal injury, loss of data, or loss of revenue.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim (or €10 if nothing was paid).

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide notice in-app and/or by email before or when changes take effect, depending on the change. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. For major legal updates, we may require explicit in-app re-acceptance before continued use.

If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and may delete your account.

The current version number and effective date are shown at the top of this page.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.
